WE ARE A SMALL FAMILY-RUN BUSINESS

When Mr. Leo was young, he worked in hotels in Cattolica. He began as the assistant to a hotel owner who he would go food shopping with every day; following that he worked as an assistant waiter, subsequently becoming “chef de rang”.

In the following years he left this job but his heart still harboured the remote hope of opening a small hotel one day.

It was 1969 when the occasion arose to manage a family-run hotel in Misano. It was a new building with few rooms. Thus he made some changes but he never forgot his roots: the hotel was one of few at the time to have rooms with private bathrooms and a lift.

The warm and jovial welcome which is typical of the people of Romagna, and the good and plentiful home made cuisine made by his wife Pia are the strengths that have made this tourist business solid.

The Bronzetti family dream came true in 2003 when after many years of hard work and with the help of their children Mara and Filippo, who had grown up, the family finally opened Hotel Albatros, which they own.

Many seasons have gone by and have consolidated this small family-run business, and the number of loyal customers has risen exponentially.

The greatest satisfaction for the Bronzetti family is to welcome back entire generations:
children who used to stay here with their parents or grandparents now come as guests with their own children.

Getting together every summer is like having a family reunion!!!!
